Right of withdrawal and return

We have a 14-day return policy, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, which means that you have 14 days to request a return from the time you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

I want to make a return.
If you want to make a return, you first need to make a return request via our contact form: Contact Customer Service - In the form, select return as the reason and in the comments, enter your order number and which product(s) you want to return. We will then get back to you. Products that are sent back to us without a return request first being made will not be accepted.

How do I make my return?
Once you have requested your return, as above, and received approval from us:

1. Pack your product
Preferably in the same box it came in. Important: Put a note in the box, with your name and order number, before sealing it, so that we can locate your return.

2. Submit your product
Visit a postal agent and choose a suitable shipping method and send the package to our warehouse at the following address:

3. Approval and refund
We will notify you when we have received and inspected the return. If the return is approved, a refund will be automatically made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your return so that it appears on your account. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us: Contact Customer Service

Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it, see section "Complaints and product defects"

Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been approved, purchase the new item separately.

Complaints and product defects

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to complain about products that are faulty or lacking. The right to complain only applies if the damage occurred before the product was received by you.

Exceptions to the right of return

In some cases, the right of return may be limited for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products that have been opened and where hygiene may have been affected
  • Customized or personalized products (if offered)
  • Products that can deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life

Please note: Even if you have opened and tested the product, you can still return it within 30 days. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
