Why have we omitted magnesium in our Multivitamin Premium?
Nordic Gentry's MULTIVITAMIN PREMIUM focuses on well-balanced doses of all included nutrients. A full-fledged magnesium supplement normally contains more than 200 mg of elemental magnesium daily (which would fill most of the capsules), so we have chosen transparency over adding symbolic amounts. For magnesium support, we recommend: Nordic Gentry's TRIPLE MAGNESIUM with 233 mg of elemental magnesium per dose, from three different forms of magnesium; bisglycinate, malate and taurate.
