We make it easy and convenient to subscribe to your favorite products. To start a subscription, you need to become a Nordic Gentry Member, and for those of you who are already a member, you need to be logged in. You choose which products are included in your subscription and how often you want to receive your supplements. Choose delivery every month, every other month or every three months – just as you prefer.

What does it mean to subscribe to our products?

A subscription allows you to automatically have your favorite products delivered to you regularly, without having to place a new order each time. You choose the frequency of deliveries, and we'll take care of the rest!

    Find your product When you find a product you want to subscribe to, select options for your desired subscription.

    Select frequency Choose how often you want the product delivered: every month, every two months or every three months.

    Complete the purchase Complete your purchase as usual. We will then deliver the product to you at the selected frequency.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can easily manage your subscriptions via your account on our website. Log in and go to "Subscriptions". There you can then change the number of packages in your delivery, delivery frequency, pause or cancel your subscription.

Can I change the product I subscribe to?

Absolutely! If you want to make changes to the product you are subscribed to, log in to your account and go to "Subscriptions" under My Pages. Here you can change the number of packages but also the delivery frequency. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service and they will help you.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, if you need a break, you can easily skip a delivery or pause your subscription for a certain period via your account. Log in to My Pages and go to "Subscriptions".

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any additional costs. Simply cancel through your account and we will stop sending you the products.

How do I know when my next delivery will arrive?

We always send a delivery confirmation via email when your next order is shipped from our warehouse, so you are aware that it is on its way. You can also see all upcoming deliveries on My Pages.

Do I get any discount if I subscribe?

Yes! As a customer, you get a 10% discount on the items you choose to subscribe to. It's our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product you subscribe to is out of stock at the time of your delivery, we will notify you of the delay and your subscription will be temporarily paused. The product will be delivered as soon as it is available again.

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Yes, you can choose to give a subscription to someone else. When ordering, simply enter the recipient's shipping address instead of your own.

What happens if my payment method changes?

If your payment method changes or expires, please update your payment information in your account to avoid interruption of your subscription.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. You only pay for the product and the selected delivery frequency. Your subscription cannot be combined with other offers.
