What personal data is processed?

The personal data that will be processed is the information you provide to us in connection with using our health tests, i.e.: name, address, telephone number, email address.

To produce a test result, we collect health data in the form of health information through blood tests as well as information about gender and year of birth. The purpose of the processing is to identify your health values ​​so that you know what nutritional supplements you may need. The purpose of the processing of information about gender and year of birth is to be able to provide an accurate assessment when interpreting results, which may vary with gender and age.

How we process your personal data

We process your personal data by analyzing your samples and presenting the results of the tests to you.

Who processes the personal data?

In addition to Nordic Gentry, the portal provider will also process your personal data. The lab companies that perform the analyses will not process your personal data but will only have access to the sample's unique code.

All our consultants and partners are located within the EU/EEA.

Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This is done by contacting Nordic Gentry via email: info@nordicgentry.com. If consent is withdrawn while Nordic Gentry is processing your personal data, Nordic Gentry will cease all processing to which the consent relates and which is within Nordic Gentry's control, and delete the data.

NOTE! Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing before consent was withdrawn.
