These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Nordic Gentry (Nordic Trade Consortium AB, org.nr 559540-2917) via nordicgentry.com.
Nordic Gentry offers scientifically based dietary supplements in optimal doses and formulations, as well as personalized lab test analyses tailored for men and women over 25 years of age.
A purchase agreement is established when you have received an order confirmation from us confirming that your order is registered. We sell products to private individuals in Sweden. To shop without parental consent, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document.
Ordering
Orders are placed via our website nordicgentry.com. By completing your order, you agree to our terms and conditions. A binding purchase agreement is established when you receive an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust your order if we are unable to fulfill the order in full for technical or logistical reasons
- Combine multiple orders into one delivery
- Cancel orders that contain incorrect or incomplete personal information

Complaints process
Prices and payment
All prices on nordicgentry.com are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
Payment methods
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer the following payment options:
- Pay directly – immediate payment
- Pay later – 30 day invoice
- Installment payment – 6, 12, 24 or 36 months
When you complete your purchase, you agree to both our terms and conditions and Klarna's terms and conditions.
Returning customer? If you have shopped via Klarna before, you only need to enter your email address and postal address - the rest of the information is retrieved automatically.
Credit check: When choosing the "Pay later" payment method, Klarna carries out a credit check. This does not affect your credit rating and is not visible to other parties. If credit is not granted, the payment option "Pay immediately" is offered.
By selecting "Pay Later", you agree to pay within 30 days. Payment after the due date may result in late fees.

Cardholder responsibilities
As a cardholder, you are responsible for notifying your bank of any unusual activity on your account. Nordic Gentry complies with PCI DSS security requirements to ensure the secure handling of credit and debit card transactions.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option. Free returns apply to all deliveries, provided the packaging is unbroken.
Delivery
We deliver to all of Sweden via PostNord, Airmee and Early Bird.
Delivery options
PostNord MyPack – Your package is delivered to a delivery point in your area. You will receive an SMS notification from PostNord when the package is ready for collection. Via PostNord's app, you can choose which delivery point suits you best.
Airmee – Home delivery directly to your door between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are normally shipped the same day and delivered the following day. You will receive an SMS with a tracking link when Airmee picks up your package from our warehouse.
Early Bird – Delivery to your mailbox before 07:00 in conjunction with the morning newspaper delivery (larger packages are placed at the door). Via the Early Bird tracking link you can follow your package in real time.
Available delivery options will appear at checkout after you enter your zip code.
Delivery time
We normally process and pack your order within one business day. Once the package has left our warehouse, responsibility passes to the chosen shipping partner. Normal delivery time is 1-3 business days, but local variations may occur.
Tracking
When your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking link to your email address.
If you don't pick up your package
Packages at drop-off locations must be picked up within 14 days. If you miss this deadline, the package will be automatically returned to us and is not covered by the right of withdrawal. You are welcome to place a new order.
Delays
In case of delays, we recommend that you contact the relevant shipping company directly:
- PostNord: postnord.se
- Airmee: airmee.com
- Early Bird: earlybird.se
If you wish to cancel your purchase due to delay, please contact our customer service at info@nordicgentry.com.
Transport damage
In case of visible damage to the package:
- Do not sign for the package – the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier as long as you have not signed for it.
- Ask the delivery point to note the damage on the shipping bill.
- Document the damage with clear photos showing the shipping label.
- Ask the delivery location to return the package
- Send us a complaint via email with order number, photos and description.
Please note: Complaints must be received within five working days.
In case of hidden damage (discovered after unpacking): Document with photos of the contents and the shipping label and contact us immediately.
Complaint
You have the right to complain about damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products according to the Consumer Sales Act. The right to complain only applies if the damage occurred before you received the product.
How to advertise
Contact our customer service as soon as possible after receiving the delivery and state:
- Order number (found on order confirmation, delivery note and invoice)
- Your name and contact details
- Product name and quantity being claimed
- Reason for complaint
If the complaint is approved, we will deliver a new product or offer a refund. We reserve the right to refuse complaints that are deemed unfounded. We always follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints.
Right of withdrawal and return
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (LODA). The right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive the package.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply if you:
- Broken product packaging
- Marked or damaged product
In the event of a defective, damaged product or incorrect delivery, the terms and conditions for complaints apply instead.
How to return
Always contact our customer service before returning via info@nordicgentry.com and state:
- Order number
- Your name and contact details
- Product name and quantity being returned
- Reason for return
Pack the products well, preferably in the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and are responsible for ensuring that the products are not damaged during transport.

GDPR – Personal data and privacy
When you order from nordicgentry.com, we collect necessary personal data to process your order, deliver and notify you about your package. Nordic Trade Consortium AB is responsible for ensuring that your personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
By accepting our terms of purchase, you agree to your information being saved in our customer register.

Dispute resolution
Nordic Gentry follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints and Swedish law in case of any disputes.
In case of complaints, please first contact our customer service so that we can try to resolve the matter. You can also register a case via the European Commission's online complaints platform.
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, Swedish law shall apply.
